While I am just passing through, my colleagues are gathering for a team meetup. I’ll join them for a couple days. Before the meetup though those of us who are in town already are getting together to work and play. We worked together at a place on the other side of town today called La Bicicleta. The dog in the photo above appears to be quite excited to join as well.
The following picture sums up visually the irony of modern “ultra-portable” laptops: the dongle life. New computer manufacturers want to make their laptops smaller so they don’t include standard USB ports anymore, forcing computer users to buy extensions and converters making the whole apparatus quite bulky and slightly embarrassing.
Stairways never get old. I think builders take the opportunity with them to add a little flair to their buildings.
