No weekend work here – this market takes place on Tuesday. Every other day I’ve been here this courtyard has been empty but today I was surprised with colors and wares and streets packed with people.
Not that I spend all of my days wandering around cities but I took liberty in the afternoon to walk casually through some parks. I was between cafes actually because although I typically like working from a cafe I hit a limit at around three or four hours where I need a change of scenery.
Things also turned a corner for me in Madrid as two of my peers arrived in town. Exploring new places is much better when friends are with me; besides I miss out on endless conversations about programming and engineering practice when I’m alone.
